HBCU HIRE Panel

IntePros Federals' Director of Talent Management, Beri Cafrelli, participated in a Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) HIRE panel, discussing What federal contractors look for in resumes.

“It was a privilege to connect with current HBCU students and alums to provide resume tips and techniques for federal contractor jobs,” said Ms. Cafrelli. “We’re excited to participate in future panels and offer career opportunities to the attendees in this highly competitive contracting environment.”

The Leading Niche started the HBCU HIRE initiative to focus on partnering with HBCUs and hiring HBCU students and alums. Six additional HBCU HIRE webinars are scheduled:

January 11, 2023 – Healthcare careers with federal contractors
