Our takeoff began in 2009 with our founder, John Kovalcik, a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and fighter pilot, envisioning a company that deployed IT innovations to customers with greater efficiency and velocity. Meet our Leaders
John Kovalcik
President & CEO
As President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder, Mr. John Kovalcik leads the national expansion of IT and business capabilities and services across our federal and commercial markets. He sets the tone each day by promulgating the value of Always Do the Right Thing in support of our talented employees, loyal customers, and strategic partners. He has led multiple successful businesses by focusing on delivering outstanding service, technical expertise, and value to all of the customers. This commitment has garnered recognition with Small Business Person of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year nominations. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, John served as a Navy fighter pilot and later in the Air Force Reserves.
Dan Greene
Executive Vice President & General Manager
As Executive Vice President and General Manager, Mr. Greene oversees growth, performance, culture, partnerships, and operations in building and sustaining a world-class organization. Dan brings over 25 years of business, IT, and consulting leadership, facilitating customer and employee success as a trusted advisor and coach while living his passion for Building Leaders Every Day. He holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Risk Management Professional (RMP) certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and SAFe® certifications as an Agilist (SA), Scrum Master (SSM), and DevOps Practitioner (SDP). Dan has an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA in English from Ursinus College.
Dan Kovalcik
Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President, Mr. Dan Kovalcik leads service delivery and solutions across our portfolio of contracts within the Federal Government and commercially. He supports our Program Managers and oversees back-office operations to facilitate customer success, employee satisfaction, and partner relationships. With more than 15 years of experience, Dan brings various industry and military experiences to empower people to perform at their best. He graduated with a BS in English from the U.S. Naval Academy and served as an Electronic Warfare Officer in the EA-18G Growler. Dan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a certified SAFe® Government Practioner (SGP).
Jason Hunt
Vice President of Growth
As Vice President of Growth, Mr. Jason Hunt is a results-driven professional with demonstrated success in operations, organizational strategy, business development, and management. Jason has over 25 years of experience solutioning, developing, and managing projects for Government agencies and private industry. He supports new business opportunity identification, capture strategy, and strategic partner relationships for our business development efforts across our portfolio to achieve our long-term growth goals. Jason leverages his experience supporting VA, DOD, and other governmental agencies to expand our services to new and existing clients. Jason has held Director level positions at HP, Perspecta (now Peraton), and most recently, Booz Allen Hamilton. Jason graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a BA in Political Science.
Anston Perkins
Director of Marketing & Analytics
As Director of Marketing & Analytics, Ms. Anston Perkins manages and executes digital marketing strategy including all social media, web content, branding, public relations, press releases, and publications. She builds strategic partnerships and opens new marketing channels to drive IntePros Federal’s market presence and brand awareness. Anston has over 10 years of sales, customer service, and relationship-building experience with the Federal Government and commercial customers. She holds a BS in Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Miami University of Ohio and is a certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) and DevOps Practitioner (SDP).
Jim DeBardi
Vice President of Technology & Innovation
As the Vice President of Technology & Innovation, Mr. Jim Debardi leads the company’s IT support services for its internal infrastructure and operations. He evaluates new technology for potential incorporation into the corporate infrastructure and its cloud-based services, and works with our on-site subject matter experts in evaluating current and potential emergent technology solutions appropriate for their environment, mission, customer base, and security requirements. Jim is also the lead executive for execution of our corporate ISO 9K, ISO 20K, ISO 27K and CMMI Level III certifications and brings 40 years of experience in the research and development and IT fields to Intepros Federal technical leadership. He has been a CIO for the past 10 years for another government contractor in the NCR. He has extensive experience supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and federal/civilian government agencies.
Beri Cafrelli
Director of Talent Management
As Director of Talent Management, Ms. Beri Cafrelli is responsible for employee engagement and retention, HR compliance efforts, onboarding/offboarding, and corporate communication. She brings a passion for managing our recruiting efforts for internal staff as well as customer needs. This encompasses creating a consistent process flow, maintaining best practices, modernizing our applicant tracking system, and evaluating and managing recruiting tools. Beri promotes inclusivity within the workforce with new hire introductions, new hire boxes, birthday emails, and anniversary gifts. Leading corporate support to employees, she is the direct line for any HR-related questions and assists with recruiting staff as needed. Beri has over 15 years of experience and holds a BS in HR from West Virginia University.
Becky Niemann
Director of Proposal Management
As Director of Proposal Management, Becky is responsible for leading, planning, scheduling, and overseeing the timely development and delivery of high-quality responses including Best in Class, GWACS, AWACS, BPAs, and other federal business opportunities in a fast-paced environment. She is a thought leader, able to see the big picture without overlooking the details, fosters a positive and responsive team environment, works well with our internal SMEs and external teaming partners, and can quickly adjust to dynamic proposal development schedules and requirements. Becky is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a BS in Journalism: Marketing and Communications, has a background in Marketing and Corporate Development, and has nearly 10 years’ experience in Proposal Management in the commercial, local, state, and Federal Government industries.
Brad Lord
Chief Solutions Architect
As Chief Solutions Architect, Mr. Lord develops innovative strategies to our current and future customers’ most critical business and technical challenges. He consistently aims to provide specialized advancements and program maturity through coordination with all group stakeholders for team-generated results. He strives to empower all members of our teams by promoting leadership training, multi-disciplinary skills, and other means of encouraging personal success. Brad served in the United States Marine Corps as an Arabic Translator, Cryptologist, and Signals Intelligence Operator. He earned an MS in Information Technology and has spent 20 years optimizing private corporations and federal departments, assisting them to reach their targets and flourish within their dedicated industry.
Greg Wallace
Vice President of Service Delivery & Chief Agilist
As Portfolio Director & Chief Agilist, Mr.Wallace supports our delivery programs dedicated to ensuring the success of our Program Leaders and delivering value to our customers. He leads our Agile Transformation Practice through the development of community of practices and is passionate about driving relentless improvement through communication and collaboration to advance the adoption of a growth mindset to help organizations anchor improvements in their culture. He brings over 30 years’ experience delivering value with technical solutions to meet organizational objectives in federal agencies and the private industry. He holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Tech University and is a SAFe®Practice Consultant (SPC).
