IntePros Federal, Inc. proudly announces its recent contract award to support the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) through a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) implementation and training initiative. This award underscores IntePros Federal’s strategic alignment with CISA's mission to strengthen and unify its governance, management, and operational priorities across all divisions. IntePros Federal will support CISA’s Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans (OSPP) in driving agency-wide strategic management through the BSC framework with this new contract.

This contract represents a significant step in IntePros Federal's long-standing commitment to promoting excellence in strategic planning and performance measurement within federal agencies. As an industry leader with established expertise in Balanced Scorecard frameworks, IntePros Federal will leverage its strategic partnership with the Balanced Scorecard Institute and its success in supporting similar initiatives for federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), NASA, and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

“Our partnership with the Balanced Scorecard Institute provides us with a unique advantage in delivering tailored and effective strategic management solutions for CISA,” said Dan Greene, Executive Vice President and General Manager at IntePros Federal. “Building on our experience with the USDA, NASA, and HHS, this new endeavor allows us to bring the same commitment to elevating organizational performance through clear metrics, structured frameworks, and strategic alignment. We look forward to supporting CISA’s vision to enhance national cybersecurity and infrastructure resilience.”

Under this contract, IntePros Federal will lead a range of Balanced Scorecard-focused training and development sessions, including strategic elements, KPI formulation, and executive scorecard workshops. These sessions are designed to empower CISA leadership with data-driven insights and foster strategic alignment across CISA’s mission-enabling offices and six core divisions.
